Conditions and Obligations

1. These are the conditions and obligations you have to agree on if participating in The Design Avenue. A Path to Meaningful Innovation. Interdesign Workshop Monterrey 2009.

2. Each Interdesign workshop is held under the auspices of an organizing committee and Icsid. The decisions of this committee and Icsid are final in all aspects of the conduct of the workshop.

3. Participants are expected to fulfill the task and programs established for a specific Interdesign workshop to the best of their abilities.

4. Participants shall live and work in spaces identified by the organizers.

5. Participants shall cover the cost of their own travel expenses to and from the host country, the costs of passports and visas and personal incidental expenses during the course of the event.

6. Icsid and the organizing committee will make every effort to guarantee personal safety but cannot accept any legal responsibility for personal insurance during the period of the Interdesign workshop.

7. Participants should make arrangements for personal insurance during the period of the Interdesign and take reasonable precautions.

8. Each participant understands that any designs and other intellectual property that results from the Interdesign process will remain the collective property of all participants.
