As an essential way to link the users experience through the different destinations on the Design Avenue, a new system of bus stops will be proposed to be a connecting point between the city and the people.
The bus stops will be more than a shelter or a place to catch a bus.

Icsid Interdesigns are intensive two-week long workshops where seasoned and young design professionals from around the world gather to work collaboratively to propose global solutions to regional problems of international significance.“Design Avenue. A Path to Meaningful Innovation“
The Design Avenue is a metaphor that can be used in a figurative way to suggest means to find value innovation for any product or service through design. At the same time, Design Avenue is used as a term related to a public transport route in which all the elements contained there-in will be designed within a value innovation frame work.Icsid Interdesign Monterrey 2009 presents a unique working environment and inspiring opportunity for participants to develop creative solutions for specific problems. Participation will be based on a formal application process. Because of the scope of the project, 36 people with different design competences, advanced students, and other relevant specialists will take part in the workshop.
